"鱼游濠上" (yú yóu háo shàng) is a line from a well-known poem called "赋得古原草送别" (fù dé gǔ yuán cǎo sòng bié) by Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei. The line can be translated as "Fish swim in the moat."
