With Garden Series III, Smrita Swarup shifts the mood of the series toward renewal and light. This painting opens into a luminous, pastel-washed expanse: sun-drenched, airy, and full of uplift. Soft golds, coral pinks, gentle yellows, and sky blues blend into one another like a dawning sky, suggesting a moment of clarity after a storm.
 
At the lower edge of the composition, organic textures and blossoming forms once again root the viewer in the garden motif. Here, however, the flora is no longer resisting or enduring; it seems to be awakening. Energetic splashes of turquoise and warm, petal-like strokes radiate upward, as if growth is happening in real time. The sweeping circular motion in the paint evokes movement, breath, and the eternal rhythms of nature.
 
Where earlier works in the series examined contemplation and transformation, Garden Series III celebrates emergence.
