Artist Name: Jaime Teo

Jaime Teo started her career as an Artiste from when she won Ms Singapore Universe 2001 and enjoyed a good decade of hosting, acting and singing both in Singapore and Taiwan. She then went on to start a cupcakery with her partner in 2011, having only been a home baker for a few years. Twelve Cupcakes quickly grew to become the biggest in Asia, and by the time she sold that business in 2017, she was already 2 years in on yet another self taught hobby, and that was painting. 

With the encouragement of her online following, she had her first showcase in 2018 and sold out 80% of everything on display. With more than 150 pieces sold and 2 showcases under her belt, Jaime professes that she never thought she had a painting bone in her until she tried. She hopes that her art pieces will inspire everybody to try something new because you never know what you are capable of until you do. Her favourite painting subjects are seascapes and skies because the sweeping beauty of the outdoors translates to giving freedom to your inner potential.
