General enquiries

 

Do the prints/paintings come ready to hang?
We do provide an option to add metal wires behind both prints and paintings, they can then be hung on hooks or screws after. Alternatively, canvases can be hung using their wooden frames on screws.


What is the difference between “Fine Art Print” and “Art Print”? 

Fine Art Prints come pre-framed, we cannot change the size of the print. Art Prints are made to order, hence can be customised to your desired size. We can also print your own high-resolution images as Art Prints. 

 

Customisations 

 

How to customise a painting?
We can customise a painting based on any paintings on our website, or one you have found as a reference. We can customise the size of the canvas and colours/elements of the painting according to your preference. Please enquire if you’re interested.

Will my painting be 100% the same as the original piece?
We can only promise a similarity of 60%-80% as customisation paintings are done by our inhouse artist instead of the original artist.


What is the process for painting customisations?
Upon design confirmation, there will be an upfront payment of 50%. The remaining balance of 50% will be made after completion. After which, you will be notified to collect your painting from our gallery, or you will be contacted to arrange for a delivery date with us.

What’s the lead time for customisation pieces?
The lead time for print and painting customisations will be 4-6 weeks and 6-9 weeks respectively.

What are the prints printed on?

All our prints under “PRINT” are printed on Artist Canvas. They can be stretched on a wooden frame like conventional stretched canvases with a wooden backing, or framed after printing. 



Framings


Do the paintings come with frames?
No, our paintings do not come with frames although we do offer framing services if needed. Lead time 2-4 weeks.


Do you offer framing services for other art works?

We offer framing services for other paintings, prints, or photographs you may need framed. We also have canvas-stretching services if you have purchased an un-stretched canvas. Lead time 2-4 weeks.


Can we frame the customised paintings?

Yes, once the painting is complete, we can send it for framing as well. 



Delivery and Installation


What is the delivery schedule like?
Delivery and installation are available every Monday-Friday. Morning slot (10-12pm) and Afternoon slot (2-5pm)


Are there any charges for delivery and/or installation?

Delivery and installation fee is $120 for first piece and $30 ( below size of 1800mm and $50 above size of 1800mm) for each subsequent piece within Singapore.

Please ensure that the address provided is correct, and that someone is present to receive the package at the time of delivery. If the address is incorrect, or no one is present, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful, and the package will be returned to the gallery. Thereafter, please collect the package from the gallery directly. Delivery fees are non-refundable.


Must I be present during the scheduled delivery and/or installation timing?

Please ensure that an individual is present to receive the package. Please ensure that the person in-charge on the receiving end is present at all times during the entire duration of the installation. This is to minimise any potential miscommunications between the installer and the receiver. 



Exchanges and returns


Can I exchange or refund my art piece?

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
