The distinctive red wooden structure may strike you with curiosity. It is actually an old wooden chinese gate known as ‘paifang’ in chinese, which is a traditional style of Chinese architectural gateway structure. Placing it in front of the grand mountain is like showing you must enter these gates before you can see this scenic view.
