"Mosaic of Memories" Mosaic of Memories captures the fragmented and emotionally charged nature of recollection through a layered and expressive composition. The artwork begins with a soft, light blue base—a tranquil expanse that evokes the openness and fragility of memory, where moments blur and drift over time. Scrawled across this calm surface are vivid red scribbles—urgent, chaotic, and impulsive. These marks erupt with emotional energy, representing the raw, unfiltered sensations that often resurface without warning. They speak to memories that resist order—feelings that remain unresolved, experiences that were never neatly filed away. The red marks bring a sense of immediacy, as if certain memories refuse to be quiet or forgotten. In contrast, dark blue straight lines are layered over the scribbles—deliberate, structured, and firm. These lines attempt to impose order on the chaos, symbolizing the frameworks we construct to make sense of our past: timelines, narratives, or coping mechanisms. They do not erase the red beneath them but intersect and interact with it, creating a dialogue between emotion and control, spontaneity and structure. Together, these elements form a visual collage—a mosaic where the past is neither wholly understood nor entirely lost. Mosaic of Memories reflects the dual nature of remembering: the unpredictable emotion of what we recall, and the structure we use to carry it with us.
