Xiapu 霞浦 is located in the east of Ningde City, Fujian Province. A scenic port city in the economic zone on the west coast of the Straits on the southeast coast of China. Often known as  "Pearl of the Sea” in East Fujian, it is the "Hometown of Kelp” in China. Xiapu has a coastline stretching more than 480 kilometers. A tidal flat on the bedrock coast, the largest of its kind in the country. After countless ebbs and flows, it formed its own unique landscape. A unique piece of Art.
