Terms of Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Prices

All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions. T&C Applies.

Delivery services

Delivery and installation fee is $120 for first piece and $30 ( below size of 1800mm and $50 above size of 1800mm) for each subsequent piece within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. 

*FREE DELIVERY FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS ABOVE $2000 IN A SINGLE RECEIPT.*

Please ensure that the address provided is correct, and that someone is present to receive the package at the time of delivery. If the address is incorrect, or no one is present, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful, and the package will be returned to the gallery. Thereafter, please collect the package from the gallery directly. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Payment Processing

We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & NETS payment method.

We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Online pre-order status
The lead time for print and painting pre-order customisations will be 4-6 weeks and 6-9 weeks respectively.

Exchange & Refunds

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
